Sweet and Salty Green Pepper Stir-Fry with Bonito Flakes

The sweet and salty taste combined with the bonito flakes might make this easy to eat for those who don't like green peppers.

Ingredients: 4 small portions

Green bell peppers
4 to 5
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon
Sake
1/2 tablespoon
Mirin
1/2 tablespoon
Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
1 tablespoon
Bonito flakes
1-2 packs

Steps

1. Cut the green peppers in half and remove the insides. Cut the peppers into 2 cm cubes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the green pepper. Once the pepper is coated in oil, add the sake, mirin and mentsuyu, then stir-fry.
3. Once the green pepper has been cooked and the flavors have been absorbed, sprinkle the bonito flakes. Toss the ingredients and turn off the heat.

Up until now, I had only cooked green peppers with pork, so this time, I tried making a dish with just green pepper.
