Chicken with Thick Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken breast
1 portion (300 g)
Avocado (diced)
Tomatoes (diced)
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
★Salt and pepper
to taste
◎Sugar, soy sauce, vinegar
2 tablespoons of each
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
as needed
for frying


1. Cut the chicken into easy to eat pieces, coat in the ★ ingredients, and let sit for a while.
2. Coat Step 1 in the katakuriko and cook in a frying pan with a bit of oil.
3. Once cooked through, remove the excess oil from the pan. Mix the ◎ ingredients together, pour on top of the chicken, and coat well.
4. Transfer to dishes and top with cubed avocado and tomato to finish.
