Bell Peppers With Tuna

Bell Peppers With Tuna

Try this simple recipe. Even those who hate bell peppers will eat them right up!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Green bell pepper
Canned tuna (small)
1 can
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon

1. Cut the bell peppers in half, and slice them to a thickness of about 5mm. Hull the bell peppers, but keep the seeds.
2. Pour the oil from the canned tuna into sauce pan or frying pan, add the tuna, then turn on the heat.
3. Once the tuna has been heated, add the bell peppers and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until it reaches your desired texture.
4. Add the soy sauce and mix and it's done.

Story Behind this Recipe

I often sauté bell peppers and season them with soy sauce, but I added my favorite canned tuna this time.
