Cut the bell peppers in half, and slice them to a thickness of about 5mm. Hull the bell peppers, but keep the seeds.
Pour the oil from the canned tuna into sauce pan or frying pan, add the tuna, then turn on the heat.
Once the tuna has been heated, add the bell peppers and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until it reaches your desired texture.
Add the soy sauce and mix and it's done.
Story Behind this Recipe
I often sauté bell peppers and season them with soy sauce, but I added my favorite canned tuna this time.
This is enough for 2 servings, but I can finish it off by myself. If you have a large amount of bell peppers, prepare a double portion. Remove the seeds if you don't like them, but it's easier and more nutritious to keep the seeds in.
