Minced Meat & Cheese Cream Pasta

This is a pasta mixed with some shio-koji minced meat that I had in my freezer. If you don't have any shio-koji minced meat then feel free to use bacon or something similar.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Shio-koji minced meat (Recipe ID: 1865047)
1/2 cup
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
10 g
50 ml
☆Ricotta cheese (Recipe ID: 1626396)
50 g
☆Black pepper
to taste
Minced parsley
to taste
Parmigiana reggiano (parmesan cheese)
as needed (15 g plus)
Short pasta (Fusilli, penne, rigatoni, whatever you'd like)
100 g


1. Add some olive oil and the still frozen shio-koji minced meat into a frying pan.
2. Add the milk to the mixture and leave it alone until the pasta has finished boiling.
3. Once the pasta has boiled, turn up the heat to medium and once the mixture has started to bubble at the sides, add the ingredients marked with a ☆.
4. Add the boiled pasta, mix it in and quickly turn off the heat.
5. Add to a plate and sprinkle over some parsley.
6. Top with some parmigiana reggiano to finish.
