Firm Tofu & Soy Milk Bread (Oil-free) Made in a Bread Maker

I used leftover firm tofu in the fridge to make this easy loaf.
It's a very fluffy, chewy, and delicious bread.
Plus, it's oil-free.

Ingredients

Bread (strong) flour
250 g
Tofu (firm)
150 g
Soy milk
100 ml
Sugar
10 g
Salt
2 g
Dry yeast
3 g

Steps

1. Add all the ingredients except for the yeast in the bread case. Put the yeast in the yeast compartment.
2. Start the quick-bake and the lightly-toasted crust settings on the bread maker.
