Spinach and Bacon Cheese Toast

If you have a bit of spinach left over, you can easily combine it with cheese and bacon to make toast!

Ingredients: 1 slice

Bread (any kind)
1 slice
Boiled spinach
a small bunch
Bacon
1 slice (or 1/2 is okay)
Mayonnaise
to taste
Soup stock granules
a pinch
Easy melting cheese
1 slice
Coarsely ground black pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Spread the mayonnaise on a slice of bread. If using a squeeze-type, use a spoon or knife to spread the mayonnaise evenly.
2. Drain the spinach and cut into 2 cm pieces. Place on the bread and crush the soup stock granules over the bread to sprinkle. (See Recipe ID: 1617251 for the boiling method.)
3. Cut the bacon into 2 cm strips and place on top of the spinach.
4. Place the cheese on top and sprinkle some salt and pepper over it. Toast in a toaster oven until it looks crispy and golden.
