Non-Oil Red Leaf Lettuce Sesame Salad

An oil-free and easy-prep salad with mentsuyu and ground sesame seeds.

Ingredients: Serves 2

Red leaf lettuce
1 head
Cucumber

Mentsuyu
2 tablespoons
Black sesame seeds
1 to 2 tablespoons (to taste)
Vinegar
1 teaspoon (to taste)
Sugar
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Thinly slice the cucumbers diagonally, and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add the drained cucumbers and lettuce from Step 1, lightly massage the seasoning into the greens, then serve.
