Custard Pudding Made with Gelatin

Custard Pudding Made with Gelatin

This pudding takes only 15 minutes to make. Then all there is to do is let it chill and thicken in the refrigerator.

Ingredients: 6 pudding cups

600 ml
45 g
Egg yolks
Gelatin powder
5 g
Vanilla extract
1-2 drops

1. Add the milk and sugar to a pot and mix with a whisk. Don't turn on the heat yet.
2. Add the egg yolks and mix them in. Turn on the heat. Right before it begins to boil, turn off the heat.
3. Sprinkle in the gelatin and mix to dissolve it well.
4. Add the vanilla extract and strain through a tea strainer as you pour the mixture into the pudding cups.
5. Once cooled, pop the bubbles on the surface with a toothpick. Let chill in the refrigerator! If you make these for a morning snack, I recommend topping with maple syrup.
