Umeboshi

Miso
1 teaspoon
Mirin
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Sesame seeds
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Pound cucumbers with a rolling pin and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Mince the umeboshi.
3. Combine the umeboshi with seasonings.
4. Mix.
