Without Eggs or Milk! Soft Soy Milk Pudding

This is a healthy and delicious soy milk pudding.
This is ideal for kids who have an allergy to eggs and milk.

Ingredients: 4 ramekins

Soy milk
400 ml
Honey (or sugar)
4 tablespoons
Gelatin powder
5 g
Water
50 ml

Steps

1. Soak the gelatin in 50 ml of water. (Makes it easier to dissolve later!)
2. Pour soy milk and honey (or sugar) into a saucepan and turn the heat on. Dissolve the honey (or sugar).
3. Turn the heat off just before boiling and add the gelatin powder to dissolve.
4. Pour the mixture into containers. Once it has cooled down, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge.
5. Sprinkle soy bean powder or korimitsu black sugar syrup on top before you serve.
