Bean Sprouts and Tuna with Sweet Chili Sauce Mayonnaise

You can make this easily in no time.
When you need one more item, or when you need a quick drinking appetizer.


Bean sprouts
1/2 bag (about 125 g)
Canned tuna in oil
1/2 can
◎ Sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon
◎ Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Shichimi spice, black pepper, grated cheese, etc. to taste (optional)


1. Drain the oil from the tuna can into the frying pan.
2. Mix the tuna and the ◎ ingredients together.
3. Discard excess oil in the tuna can. Quickly stir fry the bean sprouts in the tuna can oil you put into the frying pan over high heat. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the drained tuna and continue stir-frying quickly over high heat.
5. Done! It's easy.
6. Add shichimi spice, black pepper, grated cheese etc. to taste.
