Stir Fried Asparagus, Bacon, and Bean Sprouts

Bean sprouts makes this hearty.
It is an easy, quick, and simple dish.
The saltiness of bacon does a great job.

Ingredients: 3 to 4 Servings

Asparagus
1 bunch (4 or 5)
Bean sprouts
1 bag
Half-strip of bacon

Vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Boil the asparagus with salted water. Cut them into 3-4 cm thickness. Cut the bacon into a thickness of 1 cm.
2. Heat a pan with oil. Fry the bacon, then add the asparagus. Cook quickly then add bean sprouts.
3. Season with salt and pepper, finally pour the soy sauce. It's done when fragrant.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to eat asparagus, but my idea is just to cook with bacon, so in order to increase the volume, I added bean sprouts.
