Bean sprouts makes this hearty.It is an easy, quick, and simple dish. The saltiness of bacon does a great job.
I wanted to eat asparagus, but my idea is just to cook with bacon, so in order to increase the volume, I added bean sprouts.
It takes about 1 minute to boil the asparagus. (Remove the hard part, and peel the bottom of skin, then boil in salted water.) Adjust the amount of soy sauce to taste.
