Korean-Style Lettuce and Onion Salad

This is a sour and spicy salad like the one I get with yakiniku at our regular Korean restaurant.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Lettuce
3 leaves
Onion
1/4
★Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
★Vinegar
1 tablespoon
★Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
★Mirin
1 teaspoon
★Gochujang
1/2 teaspoon
★Sugar
1/3 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut the lettuce into about 1cm width strips. Cut the onion into thin slices, and if you don't like the spiciness of raw onions, soak them in water, and drain well.
2. Mix together the seasonings marked with ★. Lightly mix this dressing with the vegetables from Step 1 and it's done.
3. It's also delicious if you add some pounded cucumber.
