Chicken Nuggets from Breast Meat and Okara

These have a fluffy and crispy addictive texture.
This uses not only breast meat, but okara to make it extra delicious. This is cheap and easy on the budget!! Children like it too!

Ingredients: Makes 12-15

Chicken breasts
1 breast (About 230 g)
Fresh okara
200 g
Egg (medium)
1 egg
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Katakuriko
1 tablespoon
Beef dashida
1 tablespoon
Garlic powder
About 1 tablespoon
Black pepper
to taste
Vegetable oil

Steps

1. Remove the skin and finely chop the chicken.
2. I cut them into small pieces with a knife.
3. Assemble all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
4. This is what is looks like mixed together
5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 180℃. Scoop the mixture into the pan with a spoon.
6. Once they are golden brown, they are done!

I mixed chicken breast meat and okara, which I've been into recently, to make these chicken nuggets. These were more delicious than using just chicken! lol
