Beef and Miso Vegetable Stir Fry

Use up the vegetables in your fridge. Any veggies are fine. This will really satisfy your appetite.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Beef (sliced)
150 g
Cabbage
3 leaves
Green peppers
2
Carrot
1/3
Flavoring ingredients:
Miso
3 tablespoons
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Mirin
1 tablespoon
Sake
1 tablespoon
Roasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Chop the beef and vegetables into easy-to-eat sizes.
2. Mix all the seasonings.
3. Heat some oil (not listed) in a frying pan over a strong flame.
4. Fry the beef. When it has browned, add the vegetables.
5. When everything is well coated in oil, add the mixed seasonings. When they have simmered and everything is well mixed, it's done.
