They just built a new poke section at the supermarket where I often go. I found "yakitofu poke" at this store and it looked delicious, so I bought a small amount to try. It was simple but tasty, so I tried making it on my own.
It tastes better when you let the atsuage tofu and vegetables absorb the flavour of the seasoning. Please adjust the amount of ichimi chili pepper powder to your liking.
