[A Nutritionist's Recipe] Spicy Pickled Cucumbers

You can eat tons of cucumbers! This side dish can be made in just 3 minutes. It uses curry powder and vinegar to flavor, but it has a delicious salty taste and is low in calories.

Ingredients: 2 servings

2 teaspoons
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Canned tuna
1 small can (65 g)
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Curry powder
1/2 teaspoon
Grain vinegar
2 teaspoons


1. Cover the cucumbers with the salt to brine. Wash with water and pat dry.
2. Use a peeler to remove the skins from Step 1 in some places. Chop into long and narrow chunks. Mix with the soy sauce.
3. Drain the canned tuna well and place in a bowl. Add the [A] ingredients and mix well. Add the cucumbers from Step 2 and dress with the mixture.
