Make the boiled eggs. Refer to the Secret to Peel Boiled Eggs (Recipe ID: 1851722).
Add all the ◎ ingredients in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the chicken and simmer it over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the boiled eggs and simmer for another 10 minutes and turn off the heat. Leave it as is to let the taste soak in.
You can make it with chicken thigh as well.
Or chicken mid-wings.
You can add some garlic if desired. It also tastes great if you season it with homemade garlic soy sauce (Recipe ID: 1863313).
