Salmon and Cabbage Simmered in Milk

Salmon and Cabbage Simmered in Milk

Rather than pan frying salmon as usual, simmer it in milk for a flavour that can be enjoyed by both adults and children! This recipe is so easy, it can be made in about 10 minutes.

Ingredients: Serves 2

2 fillets
50 g
Soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
2 teaspoons
Black pepper
a small amount

1. Cook the salmon in a dry non-stick frying pan until it is golden brown on all sides.
