Shio-Kombu and Green Bell Pepper

Prepare this when you need another dish for your bento, dinner, or a drinking appetizer.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Green bell peppers
5 small
10 g
White sesame seeds
To taste
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon


1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Cut the peppers in half, and remove the stem and seeds.
3. Julienne.
4. Blanch the sliced peppers in boiling water briefly, and drain.
5. Drain well, and mix with the shio-konbu and white sesame seeds.
6. Done!
