Shrimp and Cabbage Pasta with Shio-Koji

It's an easy pasta dish which you can prepare in 15 minutes. It's a perfect dish to clean out the fridge!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Spaghetti
200 g
Shrimp
8
Cabbage
about 1 leaf
Corn
about 30 g
Shio-koji
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
as needed
Salt
to taste
Garlic
1 clove
Soy sauce
to your liking

Steps

1. Cook the spaghetti.
2. Add the olive oil, and sliced garlic into a frying pan. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the shrimp, and stir-fry until cooked through. Add the chopped cabbage, and corn, and continue stir-frying. Add the shio-koji as well.
4. Add the freshly cooked spaghetti, and adjust the flavor with soy sauce.
