Oil-free Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Kombu Tea

This refreshing salad makes the perfect side dish to a rich main dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Cherry tomatoes
7-8
Cucumber
1
Kombu tea
1/2-2/3 teaspoon
Vinegar
1 teaspoon
Mentsuyu or soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Sugar
a pinch
Ground sesame (white)
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Use the back of a knife to strike the cucumbers so that they can absorb the flavor easily. Cut them into chunks about the same size as the cherry tomatoes.
3. Combine all of the ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator and then serve.
