Potato Cheese Bread

Let the bread maker make the dough for you!
This bread combines potato, cheese, and mayonnaise!!

Ingredients: 8 pieces

☆Bread (strong) flour
200 g
20 g
20 g
3 g
☆Dry yeast
3 g
☆Water (to mix with the egg)
120 ml
For the filling:
1 large
Sliced cheese
2 slices
Salt and pepper
to taste
to taste
Parsley (optional)
to taste
Egg (for finishing)


1. Put the ☆ ingredients into the bread maker and prepare the dough.
2. When the first rising is done, divide into 6 pieces, cover with a damp towel, and let rest for 10 minutes.
3. While you wait, peel the potato and cut into eighths. Put in a heatproof bowl, lightly wrap with plastic, and microwave until softened.
4. Once heated, gently pat dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Cut the cheese slices into fourths to make 8 pieces.
5. When the 10 minutes are up, roll out the dough and wrap up a slice of cheese and piece of potato in each piece of dough. Close the gaps well and let rise (second rising) at 40°C for 35 minutes.
6. When the second rising is finished, brush the egg over the top and use kitchen scissors to cut a deep cross on the top of the dough balls. Top with mayonnaise and parsley to taste.
7. Bake in an oven heated to 180°C for 15~20 minutes and enjoy!

I bought potatoes, but my mom did as well! . Since we had so many, I tried to make some bread with them!
