Milky Salted Black Soy Beans

Milky Salted Black Soy Beans

How about these black soy beans with skim milk powder and salt as a calcium-packed snack? Add a sprinkle of cinnamon, if you like.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Cooked kuromame
as desired
Skim milk powder
as desired
Salt (I recommend large-crystal natural salt)
a very small pinch, to taste
a sprinkle, to taste

1. Put the kuromame in a dish.
2. Top with the skim milk powder and sprinkle with a very small pinch of salt. I used large-crystal natural salt (Maldon salt). It changes the flavor and is delicious.
3. And it's complete. If you like, top with cinnamon, which is also tasty.

Story Behind this Recipe

I figured adding skim milk powder to cooked kuromame not only creates a mild taste, but adds more calcium. Just a little bit of salt will change the taste.
