This is a recipe for a diet friendly menu. Using shirataki noodles instead of pasta makes an easy tarako pasta-like dish.
Konyaku (shirataki) has no calories, so it makes for a great diet food, and is an excellent substitute for pasta.
You can eat the tarako thoroughly cooked or raw. I don't like raw tarako, so I cook it until it becomes firm.
