Milky Matcha Kuro-mame

A Japanese dessert of match and skim milk powder flavored kuromame. The skim milk gives a mellow taste and a boost of calcium ♡

Ingredients: 1 serving

Cooked kuromame
about 2 tablespoons
Matcha (or powdered green tea)
1/4 teaspoon
Skim milk powder
1/2 teaspoon
Salt (I recommend large-crystal natural salt)
a very small amount, as desired


1. Add the kuromame to a dish.
2. Mix together the matcha (or powdered green tea) and skim milk. This time I used a ratio of 1:2 for the matcha and skim milk. Use whatever ratio you like.
3. Pour over the kuromame and serve. If desired, add a very small amount of salt.
