Green papaya looks hard, but it's surprisingly soft and easy to prepare. It's great for diets. You can also use it in salads or stir-fry.

1. Cut off the ends of the papaya.
2. Use a vegetable peeler to peel the skin of the papaya.
3. Cut in half and scoop out the seeds.
