Kids seem to really like this soup. Making kabocha into soup means you can eat a lot of it in one go, and it tastes amazing – two birds with one stone! This is my family's staple soup recipe.
I had a craving for potage so I made this.
Please adjust the thickness with milk. Double the amount of kabocha and onion for a thicker soup. Make it richer by replacing the milk with fresh cream!!
