Simple Smoked Salmon Temari Sushi

These are cute smoked salmon sushi. They have a light taste, so can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

Ingredients: 4-5 servings

Smoked salmon
30 slices
Cooked white rice
3 rice cooker cups' worth (450 g)
●Sushi vinegar (grain vinegar)
3 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon


1. Add the ingredients marked with ● into a bowl of firm cooked rice. Mix well whilst allowing the rice to cool.
2. Lay a piece of smoked salmon on top of a sheet of cling film.
3. Add about 1 tablespoon of sushi rice on top of the smoked salmon.
4. Wrap everything with the cling film and then form into a ball. It's best not to squeeze too tightly. Lightly squeeze the sushi just enough for everything to hold together..

I got hold of some really great tasting smoked salmon, so decided to use them in this recipe for a birthday party.
