Butter Steamed Vegetables With Soup Flavored Mayonnaise

Delicious steamed vegetables. Richness is added with soup flavored mayonnaise.

Ingredients: 4 servings

about 300 g
4 slices
10 g
2 tablespoons
Soup stock granules
1 teaspoon


1. Peel the potatoes, cut into quarters and slice about 1 cm thick. Put in a bowl of water and drain, then microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W.
2. Cut the cabbage up roughly. Slice the bacon into 2 cm wide pieces.
3. Mix the mayonnaise and soup stock granules together.
4. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the potatoes, cabbage and bacon and stir fry briefly. Cover with a tight fitting lid, and steam cooke over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Mix the contents of the pan 1 or 2 times while it steam cooks. Turn off the heat, mix in the combined mayonnaise and soup stock from Step 3 and it's done!
