Any leafy vegetable (e.g. komatsuna greens, spinach, etc.)
Any vegetable or fruit (e.g. carrot, apple, avocado, kiwi, etc)
Cut all the ingredients and blend them in a mixer! That's all there is to it.
If you add 150 ml of soy milk, it will have a thick consistency and can be enjoyed like a dessert. If you add 200 ml of soy milk, it will be more like a mixed juice drink.
It's a pretty usual combination, but komatsuna, bananas, and apples taste great together. It's also delicious using carrots, apples and tomatoes!
Remember to always add soy milk and a banana!

Green smoothies are so popular right now. I started making these because you can get your vegetable intake and they're perfect for when you're on a diet. It helped me out of my constipation problems! I was able to lose 4 kg by drinking this and skipping carbohydrates at night.
You can enjoy a delicious smoothie with any ingredient just as long as you combine soy milk and a banana!! I used the "Kibun" brand because it doesn't have soy-milk odor and is easy to drink. If I use other soy milk brands, I add more banana. Please try making original smoothies by using different combinations of vegetables you have at hand and lose weight beautifully.
