Filling Salad - Good for Dieting

I lost 2 kg in a week! I filled up with this salad before the meals, and reduced my food intake to 1/4 of the usual amount.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Chicken tender
1 piece
Tofu
1/4 block
Tomatoes
3 small
Cucumber
1
Bean sprouts
1/4 pack
Dressing
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Vinegar
3 tablespoons
Sugar
2 teaspoons
Umeboshi with honey (pounded)
2 small

Steps

1. Boil the chicken tender, and cut the tofu, tomatoes and cucumber into pieces a little bigger than bite-sized. Quickly blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water.
2. Shred the vegetables and chicken tender by hand, and put them into a bowl. Combine the dressing, and it's done.
