Ingredients: About 4 servings

● Boiled soy beans
About 150 g
● Carrot (medium)
1 carrot

● Konnyaku
1/2 bag
● Kombu for dashi stock (dried)
About 3 (4 x 10 cm) sheets
★ Water
1 cup (200 ml)
★ Mirin
2 tablespoons
★ Sugar
3 tablespoons
★ Soy sauce
2 tablespoons

1. Take all the ● ingredients (except for the soy beans) and cut into 2 cm sized pieces. The dried kombu get bigger when you boil them it so it's probably better to cut them into 1 cm pieces.
2. Put the ● and ★ ingredients into a pot and boil. Wait a little bit and remove from heat and let cool once you think the flavors have settled in.
3. Once cool, place in the refrigerator to chill and it's done!
