Hotel-style Scrambled Eggs

You don't need to use heavy cream to make scrambled eggs. These fluffy scrambled eggs are like the ones served at hotel brunches.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1. Whisk the eggs, salt and milk.
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
3. Continuously stir the egg while heating over medium-low heat.
4. Once the egg becomes slightly sticky and thickens, turn off the heat.
5. Then cook the egg using the residual heat until it reaches your desired firmness. Mix continuously.
6. Once the egg has reached your desired firmness, transfer it onto a plate and serve.
7. The egg will be slightly sticky, so even if you put it in a sandwich, it won't fall apart.
