Grilled Squid With Garlic Butter and Soy Sauce

Just grill quickly and season!
You can make this dish in no time.
The green perilla (shiso) leaf gives it a great touch.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Squid (about 20 cm)
1 (about 60 g)
Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon
Grated garlic
to taste
Butter (or margarine)
1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Shiso leaf
1 leaf

Steps

1. Gut the squid, wash, and cut into 1 cm pieces. Slice the shiso leaf into thin strips.
2. Coat a frying pan with olive oil. Add the grated garlic and squid, and grill.
3. Once the squid is cooked through, add the butter and soy sauce and quickly stir-fry. Stop the heat, add the shiso leaf from Step 1 and mix together. Serve onto plate.
