This image shows the dried longans, the dried jujubes and the goji berries.
Put all the ingredients in a pot and turn on the heat.
Bring it to a boil, and simmer them for 3 to 5 minutes over low heat.
All done. You can eat everything in the bowl!

I found out about the ingredients from my mother and adjusted the taste to my preferences.
-If you like ginger, then add it to taste. (You can omit if you like.) -Use light brown sugar or crystal rock sugar if brown sugar is unavailable. The dried longans have a sweet flavour, so adjust the amount of sugar according to the sweetness of the longans used.
