For Diets! Super Easy Kinako Cookies

Between prep work and baking, this only takes 10 minutes! And there're only 4 ingredients! No eggs, butter, or milk.

Ingredients: about 13 cookies

Cake flour
70 g
20 g
10 g
Vegetable oil (or olive oil)
20 g
a pinch


1. Mix all the ingredients well. You can also mix them up in a bag!
2. Make balls of dough with your hands and lightly press down. Arrange on a foil-lined baking sheet. They'll be crispier (but not hard) if you don't make them thin.
3. Bake in a toaster oven at 600℃ for about 8 minutes and they're done.
