Easy 5 Minute Chive and Egg Stir-fry

This tasty dish is easy and takes no time at all to make.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chinese chives
1 bunch
2 (Medium)
1 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon


1. Dissolve the Weipa in hot water, then beat it with the eggs.
2. Coat a frying pan with the sesame oil and heat. Add the chives just before the pan starts to smoke, and quickly stir-fry.
3. When done, remove from the heat and add the egg mixture. With the residual heat, cook the egg to your desired doneness.
4. Transfer to serving plates to finish!

I wondered what a stir-fry would taste like just seasoned with Weipa, so I gave it a try.
