Inari Sushi

Inari Sushi

This is a mild-flavored inari sushi recipe.

Ingredients: 16 pieces

White rice
450 g
8 sheets
200 ml
★Soy sauce
4 tablespoons
4 tablespoons
4 tablespoons
Sushi vinegar
3 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
1 teaspoon


1. Pour boiling water over the aburaage to cut excess oil. Slice into half, and open up to make little pockets.
2. Add the ★ ingredients and the aburaage from Step 1 into a pot, and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the ◎ ingredients in a bowl to make sushi vinegar.
3. Add ◎ mixture to freshly cooked rice, and mix with a cutting motion. Divide the rice into 16 portions.
4. Squeeze out the excess water from the aburaage pockets, and stuff with sushi rice, and they're done.
