Sesame Tofu

This is so delicious. You'll be impressed.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Katakuriko
15 g
Sesame paste (Black or white)
35 g
Dashi stock
1 cup
Salt
a pinch

Steps

1. Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and mix over a low heat with a rubber spatula until it starts to thicken.
2. Transfer to a container and cover the surface with plastic wrap. When it has cooled down, let it sit in the fridge to chill and harden.
3. It's nice as-is, or with wasabi or soy sauce. It will be nice and soft if you add it to miso soup!!

I didn't have any kudzu powder, so I tried making this with katakuriko. It was a great success.
