Chrysanthemum Greens & Chicken with Sesame Sauce

This is a sesame sauce-flavored dish filled with chicken breast and fragrant chrysanthemum greens.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chrysanthemum greens
1 bunch
Chicken breast
100 g
Ground sesame seeds
3 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 tablespoons
Sugar
2 teaspoons
Salt
1/3 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Thoroughly boil the chicken breasts and let cool in water. Once cooled, use your hands to shred into strips.
2. Boil the chrysanthemum greens for about 20 seconds, then strain. Cut into 5 cm pieces.
3. Put the chrysanthemum and chicken in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, salt, and sugar, and massage everything together.
4. Once everything has been mixed together, add the sesame oil and ground sesame seeds and lightly stir once.
