Story Behind this Recipe
I make boiled chicken salad every week. I serve it with different sauces.
※To cook the chicken, add the salt, black pepper, ginger slices, 3 tablespoons of sake and chicken in a pot. Add enough water to cover the chicken. Bring to a boil and cook for two minutes. Turn off the heat and cover with a lid. Let it cool. The chicken will be tender and juicy. The cooking liquid can be used in other dishes. Drain the vegetables well!
