Stir-fried Kale, Onion and Raisins

Make a simple dish with kale, onion and raisins. This is a perfect side dish. Great for vegetarians too.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Kale
4-5 large leaves
Onion
1/2
Raisins
handful
Salt & pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the kale into bite size pieces, and blanch in boiling water.
2. Cut the onion into bite size pieces and stir-fry in a frying pan (medium heat).
3. When the onion has wilted, add the kale and raisins, and season with salt and pepper.
4. When everything is cooked through, they are done!

I had this at my friends house and it was delicious, so I tried to recreate the dish adding my own twist to it.
