Simple Takana Fried Rice

If you have leftover rice, make this! Add a bit of mayonnaise for richness.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Cooked rice
200 g
50 g
Soy sauce
1-2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Sesame oil
2 tablespoons


1. Crack the eggs, beat, and add a little salt. Make soft scrambled egg in a frying pan with a little oil, transfer to a plate and set aside.
2. Add sesame oil to the same frying pan from Step 1, add the minced takana and cook. Add the rice and cook while mixing everything together.
3. Once the rice has been crumbled in, add the mayonnaise and soy sauce and cook while mixing. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix in the scrambled egg and it's complete.
