Coat the pork loin with a suitable amount of katakuriko and set aside.
Create the flavoring from the ■ ingredients and set aside (Be sure to grate the onion against the grain.)
Add oil (not listed) to a pan and lightly heat the onions. Once they've become slightly transparent, transfer to a separate plate and set aside.
In the same pan, add more oil and fry both sides of the pork.
Once the pork has fried, add the onions you put on a separate plate, and the ■ flavoring. Once you've mixed everything together it's complete.
Story Behind this Recipe
I had half an onion left over, so I tried adding it and it was delicious.
Be sure to grate the onion against the grain. If you don't it'll become salty. Once you've added the flavoring give it a quick mix and turn off the heat. If you heat for too long the meat will become tough. Throw away any water that comes from grating the onion.
