Leek Namul for Samgyeopsal or other Korean Dishes

Ingredients: 2 servings

Japanese leek
1/2
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Sugar
a pinch
Toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
Black pepper
to taste
Salt
about 1/3 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut the leek into thin slices. You can rinse them in cold water, or not. If you don't like the spiciness, rinse them!
2. If you rinse them, make sure to dry them off well! Combine the leeks with all of the seasonings.
3. Toss well.
4. Put it on a plate and it's finished! Easy, right?
