Pour the mixture into the silicon cups 60% full. Add a small spoonful of strawberry jam to each cup and stir 2~3 times.
Heat some water in a steamer. When it starts to steam, place the silicon cups in it and steam for about 12 minutes over low heat. Insert a toothpick into the center of the bread and if it comes out clean, it's done.
