Great with Rice! Stewed Simmered Atsuage, Chinese Chive and Ground Pork

This is a hearty stir-fry that goes well with plain rice or with drinks. Once you mix in the seasonings, it's done in no time!

Ingredients: 3 servings

Atsuage
1 package
Ground pork
200g
Chinese chives
1 bunch
Ginger
1/2-1 clove
◎Chicken soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
◎Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons
◎Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
◎Sake
1/2 tablespoon
◎Katakuriko
1 teaspoon
◎Water
100ml
Sesame oil
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the atsuage into 1cm easy-to-eat pieces, cut the Chinese chives into 4 cm, and finely chop the ginger.
2. Mix the ◎ ingredients together.
3. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add the ground pork and sauté, add in the atsuage from step 1 after the meat has browned, add in the ginger, and sauté some more.
4. Add the ◎ flavoring to step 3 after mixing, bring to a boil, let it thicken, add the Chinese chives, and boil again.
5. Serve onto plates and enjoy!
