Egg Jello

A simple egg jello that looks like pudding.
How about enjoying this with your children?
I recommend this dessert to bring as a gift when visiting friends.

Ingredients: 4 cups (cups size 80 ml)

Gelatin sheets (1.5 g)
3.5 sheets (for dissolving in 3 tablespoons water)
Egg yolk
3 tablespoons
200 ml


1. Soak the gelatin sheets in measured water. After letting it rest, microwave until the gelatin is dissolved.
2. Beat the egg yolks and sugar.
3. Warm 200 ml of milk in the microwave.
4. Add the egg yolks to the warm milk and mix well. Then, pour in the gelatin mixture and beat until fully blended.
5. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate until set.
