Mayo & Miso Salmon Doria

Mayo & Miso Salmon Doria

I mixed in salmon flakes so it's kind of like a chanchan-yaki.
Mix the soft-cooked egg into the rice and enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Cooked rice (chilled is fine)
enough to fill a 1-serving rice bowl
Salmon Flakes
to taste
Sliced cheese (any kind)
1 slice
Shiso (hand shredded)
1 leaf
☆ Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons
☆ Milk
2 tablespoons
☆ Sake
1 tablespoon
☆ Miso
1/2 tablespoon

1. Mix all the ☆ ingredients together in a bowl.
2. If you have one, use a small gratin or casserole dish. Grease the surface with butter to prevent burning and sticking. Fill with rice and level off, leaving a shallow well in the center for the egg.
3. Sprinkle salmon flakes on top.
4. Cover with mayo sauce.
5. Break the egg in the center and spread cheese around the edge. Bake in the toaster oven for about 5 minutes. When the egg is still a little runny, it's ready to eat.
