If you have one, use a small gratin or casserole dish. Grease the surface with butter to prevent burning and sticking. Fill with rice and level off, leaving a shallow well in the center for the egg.
Sprinkle salmon flakes on top.
Cover with mayo sauce.
Break the egg in the center and spread cheese around the edge. Bake in the toaster oven for about 5 minutes. When the egg is still a little runny, it's ready to eat.

I just wanted a simple lunch.
Cook the egg to your preferred level of doneness. If you sprinkle shiso leaves on top just after its cooked, it will smell great.
